Returns & Refunds

Overview

Most items in this shop are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner (Printful). Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including ordering the wrong size, color, or address).

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, I’ll make it right.

Eligible issues (replacement or refund)

If your item arrives with one of the following issues, you’re covered:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Misprint or printing defect
  • Wrong item received

Time window to report a problem

Please contact me within 30 days of delivery so I can file a claim with the fulfillment partner and get a replacement or refund started.


How to request help

What I need from you

To help quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos (and photos of the packaging if the item was damaged)

What isn’t covered

Made-to-order limitations

Because each product is made specifically for your order, these cases typically aren’t eligible for returns/refunds:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor differences in color (screens and prints can vary slightly)
  • Orders with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

If you’re unsure about sizing (especially for apparel), please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Delivery issues

Undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused packages

Packages sometimes come back due to an undeliverable address, being unclaimed at customs, or being refused. If that happens:

  • I’ll contact you when I’m notified of the return.
  • If you want it reshipped, new shipping charges apply.
  • If a return sits unclaimed for an extended period, it may be donated after the storage period set by the fulfillment partner.

Return addresses (US + Canada only)

Before you return anything

Because fulfillment location varies, returns go back to the facility that produced your order. Please contact me before sending anything back so I can confirm the correct return address and the right next step.

Returns sent without contacting me first may not be processed correctly.

Refund processing

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers
can take a few business days to post the refund after it’s processed.
